AllCity Contractors has a renovation process that meets the needs of busy Toronto families and businesses. We work with you throughout your process, meeting with you before work begins and maintaining communication throughout.
After you call AllCity Contractors, our process proceeds as follows:
- We make an appointment to meet with you and sit down to go over your needs and ideas.
- We create a scope of work based on your design and determine an estimate price within your budget.
- We meet with you again to go over the project estimate and answer any questions you may have.
- We address any additional changes you may have to the project.
- We go over quality control standards and construct a timeline.
- We complete and sign a building/renovation contract.
- We schedule your project.
- We begin work, keeping you up to date on our progress.
- If any challenges or issues arise, we address them up front and help work them out.
- We complete your project, on time and within agreed budget.
